When do I ship: I have a shipping day once a week where I do all the packing and shipping for the previous week’s orders. The reason I do it this way is because it allows me to prioritize creating 6 days of the week but also allows me to give my full attention the one day of the week I do. I always want to make sure the quality of the artwork/prints is 100% adequate and make sure everything is packed safely and well. I am sadly not amazon.com.

How long do orders take:  I am blessed to have collectors all over the world. Shipping times can vary a lot depending on where you are in the world. My goal is to get my artwork to the collector within 1-2 weeks. 

How much does shipping cost: Orders within the U.S are free or very minimal and international orders vary depending on location. I hope to have free shipping for all artwork in the future. 

Returns: I don't offer returns but if there is a problem with an order i am more then happy to work towards a solution by either refunding or shipping a replacement. 

International fees: As soon as the item leaves the United States, I am no longer liable for the item you purchased, nor am I liable for any duties or any other fees you might occur for purchasing the product or painting. 

The post office is taking forever to deliver, can you help meThe world is still messed up from covid and shipping delays are occurring everywhere. We provide you with the tracking information when your order is fulfilled but have no control of the timeframe in which your order is delivered.

How does pricing work? Ben Labuzzetta prices by square inch of artwork.​​ This method allows the artist to give consistent prices and be professional.
